SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package in order to track it. Shipments will be made mostly by ESTAFETA, unless otherwise specified in the shipping confirmation email.
The customer must be responsible for tracking their package using the means provided by the parcel company either via the web or by phone.
Shipping time is 24 to 72 business hours.
The cost throughout the Mexican Republic is $ 140 MXN for purchases under $ 999 MXN.
If it exceeds $ 999 MXN the shipping is free.
In the extended area, delivery time can be up to 10 business days.
Shipping and exchange policies
In case of receiving any defective item or that is different from the original order, you must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org in the first 36 hours after the product was received. If so, it can be changed within the first 30 calendar days from the day the order was generated. Otherwise, the change will not be possible.
For any exchange of defective or incorrect item, it will be necessary to include a photographic proof. In the email sent to email@example.com you must add the order number and detail the situation in order to proceed with the return of the product.
